Lecturer at the French Academy, he is known for his metal sculptures, made of embossed iron and brass. In 1962 Giovanni Carandente invites him as the only young sculptor to the open-air exhibition Sculture nella città in Spoleto, where he exhibits the iron work Figura Spoleto. In 1966 he won a purchase prize at the thirteenth edition of the Spoleto Prize. Particularly interesting is his Sinergica monument (1988) at the Municipal Stadium of Terni, named after the Terni motorcyclist Libero Liberati.
